Role Overview
The Lead of Xplore is responsible for building, scaling, and operating Circles’ next-generation AI-powered engagement platform across multiple international markets, e.g., Singapore, Mongolia, Japan, Pakistan, and beyond. This role owns the product vision, GTM coordination, roadmap, cross‑functional execution, and client success for Xplore.
This leader will architect the strategy, drive growth, and lead a multi‑disciplinary team across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, GTM, and Operations while also managing external client relationships, partnerships, and vendors.
This is both a strategic and execution‑heavy role, requiring deep product sense, technical fluency, and the ability to coordinate large, complex, multi‑market launches with demanding timelines.
