Product Lead, Enterprise Data Management

What You'll Be Doing

As a Product Lead in the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team, you’ll serve as the subject matter expert for all EDM‑developed and supported tools. You’ll partner with business stakeholders to ideate and develop robust, scalable solutions that address evolving data needs across the organization. Leveraging your expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, Generative AI, Power Apps, Purview, and data governance, you’ll drive the delivery of innovative products and ensure alignment with CIBC’s strategic objectives. You’ll champion agile delivery concepts, provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and analysts, foster collaboration within cross‑functional teams, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance EDM platforms and processes. Your leadership will help shape a culture of excellence and innovation in data management.
