Product Insights Analyst Location: Remote, Canada Department: Data & Analytics Reports To: Manager, Data Integration & Architecture Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 CAD Level: Mid-Level Openings: 2 About Orion Orion is building a financial platform across multiple products, including Intelligent Investing, Orion’s wealth product, and Mogo, Orion’s lending product.

  •   We are hiring two Product Insights Analysts to help us understand what is actually happening across our products: who is using them, how customers move through the journey, where they get stuck, what drives trust and engagement, what predicts performance, and what the business should do next.


    This role exists because bad data creates bad decisions.

  •   Across lending and wealth, customer behaviour determines outcomes.


    If we misunderstand that behaviour, we build the wrong product, fund the wrong growth, miss the wrong risks, and make slower decisions.
