What you'll be doing

You will lead the development of innovative color cosmetic products from idea through to launch, working in a fast‑paced and highly collaborative environment. You will manage multiple projects end‑to‑end, combining scientific expertise with consumer insights to create high‑performing, commercially successful products. Working closely with internal teams and global partners, you will design formulations, oversee testing, solve development challenges, and ensure all activities are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll also play a key role in bringing new ideas to life by exploring emerging trends, technologies, and ingredients.
