The Product Innovation Manager role is to provide strategic and tactical planning, Go to Market and pre-sales support for the Tagit Digital Retail Banking portfolio of solutions. The Innovation manager will be a key part of the team launching Tagit’s new Family banking product designed to (i) help kids and teens build good money habits that will last a lifetime and (ii) help prevent elder financial abuse for seniors when using digital banking. The candidate will conduct primary and secondary research with parents and Gen Z youth and analyze feedback from prospects, customers, stakeholders and other teams to determine and optimize requirements, features and end products.
