Product Implementation Manager

Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:

You will play a key role in improving and optimizing EWA’s product implementation process and turn-around-time (TAT) to improve the speed to market, thus help in strengthening its product portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other Business Units to understand product requirements and analyze it against backend system functionalities (eBao), in order to recommend the optimized system development.
• Set up products in the backend system, including table-based configurations.
• Develop and collaborate with Business Units on NB, Post‑NB and Day 2 UAT strategy, scope, schedule, and resource plan.
• Oversee, monitor and facilitate UAT execution, kick‑off, checkpoints, and sign‑off.
• Coordinate with TDX on system‑related costs and collaborate on cost‑efficient solutions.
