Responsibilities:
- Setup and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment
- Document engineering improvements for future reference
- Hands‑on assembly of mechanical, electrical and optical modules
- Wire harnessing and cable routings
- Create procedures for assembly, inspection and testing of equipment
- Collaborating with the engineering team and software team to optimise system design
- Work with cross‑functional engineers to resolve system issues
- Creating Test plan, progress charts, evaluation reports for new engineering task
- Assist with Parts collection, verification, packing and shipping arrangement
- Planning and Coordination of releasing new design to Manufacturing
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- More than 3 years of experience in setting up automation equipment
