We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer who will be responsible for owning product performance, yield, and reliability throughout the manufacturing process. In this role, you will serve as the technical interface across design, manufacturing, test, and quality teams, ensuring product stability and continuous improvement from NPI through mass production.
Job Responsibilities- Own and drive product performance outcomes in manufacturing, including yield, reliability, and field performance
- Analyze yield loss, failure modes, and customer returns to identify and implement improvements
- Lead failure analysis (FA) and root cause investigations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Test Engineering, and Quality
