Job Overview
This fully remote role is based in the Americas or European time zones and involves occasional travel to team off‑sites, conferences, and meet‑ups.
Responsibilities
- Build polished product experiences for users of Resend.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and trustworthy user experiences.
- Own features end‑to‑end, from product thinking and UX details to implementation, instrumentation, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and customer success to understand user problems and ship high‑quality solutions.
- Develop debugging and observability tools that help users understand what happened to their emails, webhooks, domains, and API requests.
