Objective.
Product Engineer works on products which reduce emissions and improve fuel economy for BorgWarner Emissions Systems.
As part of BorgWarner Emissions Systems, you will work with OEM customers and cross-functional global team and production plant to ensure design, testing and development of Emissions Products, preserving product integrity and functionality with respect to design intent and protecting the customer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Definition and documentation of required product features based on customer and system requirements.
- Negotiate technical requirements and specifications with OEM customers.
- Work with design department to create / modify product design considering vehicle packaging, engine functional requirements, overseeing the product manufacturing process.
- Coordinate technical reviews and submission of deliverables such as 3D data, customer approval drawings and component drawings in line with key program dates.
