Product Engineer - NPI & Process Optimization

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Ciudad Juárez is looking for a Product Engineer to support product transfer and new product setups. You will be crucial in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and resolving design-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and strong experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with PLM and ERP systems. You will also help train engineers and manage product specifications.
