Product Engineer (Monterrey)

Location: Monterrey, Reciente León, Mexico

At IAC Monterrey North Plant, we are looking for a Product Engineer with experience in the automotive industry, responsible for providing end-to-end product follow‑up, coordinating engineering changes, and serving as the link between the customer and the plant.

• Manage and follow up on engineering changes.
• Coordinate the implementation of customer requirements with the internal areas involved.
• Provide technical and operational follow‑up throughout the different stages of the product.
• Act as the direct link between the customer and the plant.
• Participate in follow‑up meetings with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage product technical information, BOMs, routings, and related documentation.
• Support cost analysis and cost estimations.
