**Description**The Design Engineer Knows how to operate the software to create/modify math models primarily, must know or be willing to learn the design criteria of our products: thickness of parts, angles of demolding, how materials react to tension, compression, elongation, etc.No need to know about measurement systems.
**Experience**:- Utilizing 3D CAD software package, UG or CATIA or NX, to create and maintain part design data- Update 2D drawings as required by customer/program, Including GD&T sheets, full drawings, and gage layouts- Develop and update product based on Engineering and Design Supervisor direction- Complete environmental checks to ensure accuracy of design and eliminate interferences- Complete model check to ensure feasibility for tooling.Including but not limited to draft analysis and thickness mappingAdditional:Advanced English for daily work and interviews.
