Product Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven engineer to own product yield and performance while ensuring high reliability in both manufacturing and field operations. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement in yield, efficiency, and product quality through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving. The candidate will lead failure analysis for production and customer-returned units, implement effective corrective and preventive actions, and support mass production stability.

In addition, the role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams—including R&D, QA, manufacturing, and suppliers—to resolve technical issues, support new product introduction (NPI), and optimize test processes. The ideal candidate will also contribute to team development through coaching and knowledge sharing, ensuring strong technical capability across the organization.
