Manage food quality, safety, and menu performance by overseeing order workflows, supplier liaison, and compliance with food safety standards to support Saizeriya's operational and product development goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage order workflows and maintain the ordering system to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations
• Liaise with suppliers to monitor and enforce food quality and safety standards
• Resolve outlet enquiries related to food quality and safety to maintain consistent customer experience
• Review ingredient specifications and implement improvements to enhance product quality
