Product Development Manager

What You’ll Do

The Product Development Manager supports the development of new product lines, including single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and condos, from land acquisition through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the product development of single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and condominiums.
• Support the full development cycle, from land acquisition to model merchandising and improvement of existing products.
• Coordinate with design professionals to create construction documents for bidding and permitting.
• Review drawings, perform quality control and redlining, and communicate construction document requirements effectively.
• Provide construction process support to field managers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
