Product Development Manager (Health & Protection)

This role involves supporting product development, management, and regulatory compliance for Individual Protection and Health (P&H) and Life products, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of fit‑for‑purpose products that align with company strategy.

• Support Individual Protection and Health (P&H) product development and management aligned to company strategy.
• Support and contribute input into the Life product fund strategy.
• Manage third‑party Life/Non‑Par P&H products, including due diligence, onboarding, ongoing review, offboarding, and liaison with third‑party Life product manufacturers.
• Assist in conforming to and evolving the Product Development Policies and Process of the company.
• Support and contribute to the agenda and present at the CBE Product/Product Management Committee, including P&H product updates, approval stages, and post‑launch reviews.
