Product Development Engineer

The Interior Trim D&R is responsible to design, develop, validate and release Interior Trim parts under his/her responsibility for the assigned programs.
The potential components include, but are not limited to interior trim components such as hard trim, door trim, soft trim and overhead systems
- +5 years of Experience working with plastic (injection molding) automotive components, interior trim commodities preferred.
- Knowledge on material properties and injection molding tooling considerations.
- Comply with Robustness Engineering Disciplines (Quality History, P - Diagram, DFMEA, etc)
- Design verification knowledge (testing) - preferred.
- Launch experience preferred.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to lead and manage suppliers.
- 3D CAD knowledge Teamcenter.
- 3D CAD CATIA preferred ( create concepts, sections, part manipulation)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project)...
