Job Description
As a Senior Development Engineer, you will become part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting Sales, Production, Procurement and Finance. Your area of responsibility will be to design and develop Loading Dock and Material Handling Equipment, including Dock Levelers and Vehicle Restraints.
Taking direction from our Engineering Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will be to design and implement in production, new pieces of equipment as well as support for lead engineers:
- To generate and release manufacturing documents such as drawings to production in timely order, using Solidworks.
- To generate and control part numbers and manage corresponding data.
- To create and maintain Bills of Material (BOM) within our MRP System (Visual).
