Support and coordinate the full product development process, from early design input through technical review and readiness for commercialization, for assigned seasonal footwear projects.
Assist in supervising and mentoring team members to ensure development milestones are met with accuracy and on schedule.
Serve as a key technical resource, providing product construction support and development guidance aligned with brand direction to cross-functional partners in North America and Asia.
Contribute to both seasonal execution and longer-term product initiatives through hands-on technical involvement and problem-solving.
Help track development timelines, key deliverables, and approval checkpoints in line with established seasonal planning calendars.
