We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can execute end-to-end product development with excellence, moving products from validated concepts through launch with speed and quality.
Some of the biggest priorities for this role include:
- Creating high-quality documentation, including Product Briefs and comprehensive Product Bibles.
- Proactively communicating with R&D and suppliers to coordinate sampling and keep timelines on track.
- Maintaining a proactive product roadmap that is always planned 6 months in advance.
- Managing the collection, compliance review, and cross-functional coordination of all packaging artwork and dielines.
- Ensuring products meet platform-specific compliance for channels like TikTok and Amazon, and handling claim substantiation.
