Product Designer (Toronto)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer to lead high-quality, customer‑centered experiences on BMO.com public sites. The ideal candidate brings strong design thinking and craft, with proven expertise in Figma, accessibility, and building scalable modules and product pages. They can clearly articulate design rationale, using data and insights to inform decisions, and are comfortable working in an AI‑driven, experimentation‑focused environment. Success in this role requires robust stakeholder management; cross‑functional partnership with product, development, content, and research teams; and a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.
