The Role
As a Product Design Lead, you will orchestrate complex design projects from start to finish while providing leadership and oversight to design teams. Reporting into the Experience team, you will manage multiple client engagements and accounts, lead UX/Creative/Design System efforts, and ensure high-quality design deliverables align with project objectives and client brand guidelines. You will help drive design innovation, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth of the design practice through leadership.
