The House of Commons’ Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the Product Delivery Manager position for the Digital Quality Management Team.

The Product Delivery Manager (PDM) leads the delivery of high-quality digital products by overseeing Digital Quality Management and Operational Readiness and Release/Change Management functions. Reporting to the Deputy Director, Digital Product Quality Management, the PDM provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams responsible for quality assurance, accessibility, user experience, operational readiness, release planning, and deployment. The role manages performance, coaching, and development, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment while ensuring coordination, clear priorities, accountability, and continuous growth.
