You will lead the onboarding of new clients after the sales team closes a deal. Your job is to make sure the product is set up correctly and that operations teams understand how to run it.
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and product implementation
- Meet with clients to understand requirements
- Translate client needs into clear instructions for operations and agents
- Work with product, tech, and ops teams to execute the setup
- Make sure agents understand the product and process before launch
- Support existing clients when changes happen
- Manage SLAs and day-to-day delivery
- Handle issues and solve problems quickly
Minimum Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking with clients and internal teams
