Product & Delivery Manager: Business-to-Engineering Bridge

Sourceability is building a Global Engineering Organization (GEO) and seeks a Product / Delivery Manager to bridge business stakeholders with GEO software engineering teams. You will own the business-to-engineering interface, backlog readiness, priority alignment, delivery coordination, UAT support, and stakeholder communication.

The role focuses on refining intake, clarifying scope, and ensuring clear visibility into delivery status, risks, and trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.
