Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant, Recruitment Digitization (Workday) to support the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence within the client's People & Culture organization. This role serves as a strategic advisor and solution partner, responsible for advancing recruitment technology initiatives, supporting Workday change delivery, and ensuring continuity of critical talent acquisition programs during a maternity leave coverage period.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, HR technology teams, and external partners to gather requirements, validate solutions, manage testing activities, and drive system enhancements that support recruitment operations.
