About the role:
The purpose of the position is to design and implement the business processes and services related to claims management with an E2E perspective, applying innovation, creativity, cost efficiency, and risk control to provide the best UX for stakeholders (partners, distributors, BUs, customers and internal departments).
Key responsibilities:
Design, document, develop, maintain, improve, and configure all finance processes and business rules with a multi-country usability perspective.
