The Product Analyst UAT will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase within the digital product delivery cycle across the globe. This includes supporting the accuracy and functionality of development across the organization by coordinating user acceptance testing of digital projects and releases. They will work closely with our product delivery teams, DevOps, local teams and our business units to ensure that testing efforts are completed and meet requirements within the scope of the project.
What You'll Do
- Successfully lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) effort for projects and releases associated with the Ria Money Transfer mobile app and website.
- Be the one point of contact for testers during the UAT testing phase.
- Coordinate the creation of test plans and scenarios for each project and upcoming release cycle.
