Product Analysis Lead – HR Systems & Workday

Mastercard is looking for a Sr. Specialist in Product Analysis within Core HR/P&C Products in Bogotá, Colombia. This role focuses on turning product direction into detailed requirements and workflows, ensuring the execution of product initiatives in a multi-system HR environment, including Workday.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to document business needs, support system configurations, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). They should be well-versed in HR technology, particularly Workday, and have strong analytical skills.
