Produce Supervisor (Location TBD) (Calgary)

The Produce Supervisor is responsible for ensuring customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to Company policies, procedures and standards. The role reports directly to the Produce Manager and provides direction and supervision to the Produce Utility Clerks and General Utility Clerks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and maintains positive customer relations through proper handling of customer questions, comments, requests and complaints.
• Works in a diverse team environment in a proficient and friendly manner.
• Plans and performs all aspects of Produce functions including stocking, displays and facing in an efficient and organized manner; ensures display presentation and proper stock levels are maintained; handles merchandise ensuring quality, minimizing damages and markdowns; provides substitutions and ensures price integrity including price changes.
