Procurement & Supplier Relations Specialist

Job Description

• Prepare, process, and track purchase orders for materials, equipment and supplies
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, source new suppliers, and negotiate pricing and delivery
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, research material substitutions.
• Maintain detailed records, update supplier databases, and create reports on pricing and inventory
• Assist in restocking shelves, arranging displays, and promoting loyalty programs or special offers
