As Procurement Specialist - soft commodities, you will be responsible for building and implementing the category strategy for the EU/NA & Global Dairy. You will represent the portfolio to both internal and external stakeholders and be the main point of contact for operational and strategic topics.
Strategic Sourcing & Value Creation
- Lead and contribute to the development and execution of the EU/NA & Global dairy procurement strategy, aligned with short- and long‑term business objectives.
- Lead and contribute to portfolio initiatives (e.G., Alternate Supplier/Material Approvals, resilience, market development, complexity reduction) to unlock gross margin and operational efficiency.
- Lead & support contract negotiations, including RFQ processes, e‑tenders, data management and in‑depth analysis of supplier submissions.
