Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement and purchasing activities
• Prepare, review and issue purchase orders using system software
• Receive purchase orders into the system and update product inventory and costing
• Proactively communicate with Sales staff, Production Staff, and other departments with respect to pricing, lead‑times, product delays
• Communicate regularly with suppliers with regards to lead times, delivery, order specifics, RMA
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of purchase orders
