Tasks & Responsibilities- Manage and monitor purchase orders for production materials from Fronius HQ (Austria).- Maintain optimal inventory levels (ROP, EOQ) based on demand forecasts and consumption trends.- Place special or project-specific orders as needed.- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and lead times with suppliers and HQ.- Ensure material availability and resolve supply issues.- Handle slow-moving or obsolete inventory with proactive strategies.- Create and maintain part numbers and pricing in the ERP system.- Process and validate purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, and returns in BaaN.- Oversee fixed asset purchases outside the standard workflow.- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and align demand with supply.- Maintain procurement procedures and ensure policy/audit compliance.- Identify process improvements and support KPI tracking/reporting.- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong communication with HQ and suppliers.- Track international shi...
