Position Summary: The Procurement and Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials and supplies necessary for production. This includes managing inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Order raw materials for production.
• Rotate inventory when needed.
• Order packaging material, spices and additional supplies as needed for production.
• Schedule frozen production based on inventory and production requirements.
• Read, understand, and follow purchasing, transportation and storage procedures.
