We are seeking a talented Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. We are looking for someone with experience in managing purchasing cycles and excellent organizational skills. This role will report to the Global Procurement Manager and will be integral to ensuring timely material procurement aligns with production schedules and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Create Purchase Orders for materials required for production orders
- Establish specifications in terms of optimal quantity to purchase, quality required and the cost impact on budget
- Manage the purchasing cycle, including generating requisitions, PO creation, PO follow‑up, goods reception, and final payment
- Ensure accuracy of purchasing and coding information within the ERP system
- Manage PO lines effectively for pull ins, push outs and cancellations
