Procurement & Sourcing Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new and alternate suppliers to meet defined technical and commercial requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong supplier base for bought-out, fabrication, hardware, and consumable components.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to multiple suppliers.
• Collect, compare, and analyse supplier quotations.
• Evaluate supplier offers based on technical compliance, pricing competitiveness, lead time, and overall commercial suitability.
• Ensure timely conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO).
• Release Purchase Orders to suppliers with complete accuracy and clarity.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers to track order status and ensure adherence to committed delivery schedules
