Procurement Operations Director – Europe & Australasia

Essity AB is looking for a Procurement Operations Director to oversee procurement operations across Europe and Australasia. This senior role involves leading a complex organization of approximately 140 people and driving operational excellence across multiple sites while implementing global procurement strategies, particularly for Recovered Fiber.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of leadership experience in procurement, possess a Master’s degree, and demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills. The role is based in Barcelona, Munich, or Gothenburg, and we welcome applications in English.
