Procurement Officer

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with strong exposure to Australian procurement processes. This role will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with company policies while driving cost‑effective sourcing and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with Australian procurement standards and company policies.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs.
• Maintain procurement records using ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
• Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis.
