Procurement Officer – Property & Landlord Acquisition (Onsite Work)

Job Purpose

The Procurement Officer Property & Landlord Acquisition is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing suitable residential properties from landlords, developers, investors, estate agents, and property owners for long‑term lease agreements.

The successful candidate will build strong commercial relationships, negotiate favorable lease terms, assess property suitability, and support the company's expansion strategy. This role requires excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management, and commercial awareness.
