- Make sure all suppliers are compliant with the requirements
- Ensure the on‑time and on‑quality delivery of commercial quotations
- Meet export control and other Airbus compliance requirements
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to perform controlling during the implementation of maintenance projects
- Ensure procurement of support & service products and other materials
- Collect costing and availability data for spare parts and services within Airbus Helicopters Group or from external suppliers
- Prepare quotations considering required maintenance man‑hours and cost for spare parts, materials, and services
- Explain structure and content of quotations to the support & service sales staff
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers
