Vorson is a multi-service B2B outsourcing group operating since 1998, a family of 10+ companies serving 5,000+ clients across facility management, digital signage, corporate events, workwear & uniforms, printing & packaging, private labelling, engineering solutions, and general order supplies. We're looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to kickstart their career with us.
What you'll do
Support the procurement team in sourcing materials, products, and services
Obtain quotations and compare supplier prices and terms
Prepare and process purchase orders accurately
Maintain vendor records and update the procurement database
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on order status and deliveries
Assist with basic inventory tracking and documentation
What we're looking for
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
