About the Role
As a Procurement Officer at LINKVIVA reporting to the Procurement Manager you will play a key role in ensuring that both project and non-project requirements are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively and in line with our quality standards. You will be responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle from vendor sourcing and negotiations through to purchase orders, documentation and budget tracking supporting the successful delivery of our events and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential vendors, suppliers and contractors across event materials and services, building and maintaining a strong supplier database
- Manage vendor registration processes ensuring verified suppliers are approved through internal systems and management sign-off
