Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the procurement of goods and services for E M Group.
- Able to work independently with respective stakeholders, adhere and meet required timeline.
- Managing supplier tender processes
- Requirement Gathering-Understand purchase requirement, contractual requirement, legislative guidelines and requirements to prepare ITQ/ITT documents;
- Ready ITT/ITQ–Ensure integrity of ITT/ITQ documents, supporting documents to the procurement process and procurement workflow;
- Clarification/Corrigendum/Briefing/Site Visit-Prompt follow ups/through;
- Evaluation-Systematic/logical analysis and document management.
- Award-Meticulous in Pre and Post award administration;
- Vendor Management;
- Issuance of PO, manage invoice and contract, track budget and orders;
