Position Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will ensure procurement processes are managed in a cost effective manner; providing supervision to the business units for the purchasing of goods and services.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure the organization procurement policies and procedures are being followed
  • Coordinate selection process, contract negotiation and vendor evaluation
  • Supervise the process for tender documents including invitation to quotes, request for service or request for bids
  • Establish and monitor key procurement KPIs, such as supplier performance and contract compliance
  • Manage procurement budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial and operational plans
  • Coordinate business case for purchases
  • Prepare and review contracts
  • Provide expertise on developing procurement strategies to meet business needs
