As our Procurement Manager, you will lead the establishment and evolution of Healthcare Australia’s enterprise-wide procurement function, shaping strategy, governance, supplier management, and commercial outcomes across the business.
This is a genuine greenfield opportunity suited to a commercially astute procurement leader who has either built a procurement function from the ground up or has the capability and vision to do so. You will play a key role in creating structure, driving consistency, and embedding best-practice procurement frameworks across the organisation, while building and leading a procurement team as the function matures.
You will lead procurement strategy, governance, sourcing, supplier management, and contract management across indirect spend categories, driving commercial value, improving compliance, and reducing off-contract spend.
