Job Purpose
Lead the procurement team in the delivery of the organizational sustainability goals while ensuring robust procurement processes and fiscal discipline across Embassy REIT tech parks.
Key responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy
- Manage procurement portfolio across 13 IT Parks (50 Mn SFT). • Lead procurement strategy for IFM, utilities, consumables, AMC, and manpower services across India. • Drive digital procurement transformation and sustainability initiatives in alignment with ESG targets. • Key Achievements: o Established standardized procurement governance across sites. o Achieved cost efficiencies and timely release of annual POs before fiscal close. o Supported ESG and sustainability goals through supplier compliance and audits.
