Procurement Internship
At Kimberly-Clark, the role involves participation in the Procure-To-Pay cycle with a focus on Procurement Operations. The incumbent will perform PR to PO conversion, follow up on Purchase Order acknowledgements, and maintain aged Purchase Orders below 1 % above 1 year. This position also serves as a liaison between Procurement and internal/external customers to ensure efficient procurement and inventory management for manufacturing and services.
Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities
- Execute purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services based on buyer inputs and ensure compliance with policies.
- Generate and execute SAP report data and coordinate with suppliers on delivery status for indirect category purchase orders.
- Develop and implement plans to resolve difficulties in placing and delivering purchase orders efficiently.
