Role Responsibilities
- Data & Analytics: Assist in consolidating spend reports, tracking KPIs, and generating market intelligence insights.
- Tools & Systems: Support the management and adoption of procurement platforms.
- Process Improvement: Help identify bottlenecks and assist in automating and standardizing workflows.
- Explain and clarify purchasing procedures to internal departments as well as vendors.
- Solving problems with orders in an efficient and timely manner.
Role Qualifications
- Active bachelor's degree student enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Finance or related field.
- Ideally 1 year of practics.
- Command of good communication in both English and Spanish.
- Analytical skills, which will help you work with multiple projects and stakeholders.
